I cannot fault your commitment to making this premium service work. You, and your colleagues have been polite, responsive and attentive, answering all and any queries I may have fully and quickly. This alone will set you apart from the crowd - customer service is what it's about.

One point I will make is that any service is only as good as it's results - I'm here to earn some money at the end of the day, and if that's not happening then you won't get my subscription. On this point, I am encouraged to see that you're keeping your list dynamic and have already swapped out one under-performing tipster.

In summary I really like your approach and think you're doing something different here that should give you the edge you're looking for - keep up the good work.
